Profile: Eric is a Senior Software Engineer engaged in the strategic design and development of our next generation software. Eric has been producing effective research and development of leading-edge software since 1992, and to date has been awarded six patents.

Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Profile: Andy recently joined the product management team at Tideway, having spent the previous two years working as a solutions architect in Tideway’s professional services group. A key aspect of both roles is working closely with Tideway’s customers to understand their requirements and to design solutions that will meet their needs for accurate and timely data about their IT infrastructure.
