Contain VM Sprawl and Verify VMware Infrastructure Resiliency with March TKU
Friday 7th March saw the latest of Tideway’s Knowledge Update releases which extends Foundation’s ability to identify the broadest, deepest and most up-to-date coverage of data center technologies.
The theme of this TKU release is Virtualization, with a particular focus around VMware Infrastructure by helping customers contain virtualization sprawl by identifying VMware ESX servers not under management by Virtual Center, and also enabling VirtualCenter consolidation initiatives by mapping VMware ESX servers to VirtualCenters and ensure resiliency is build into their virtual infrastructure. In addition to this Tideway customers can now verify resiliency of their VMware ESX servers by identifying which servers have High Availability and Vmotion enabled, and Consolidated Backup.
