Bio

Simon Woodward is a yokel born in a small town called Upington and raised in the roaring metropolis of the East Rand, both in South Africa. Since arriving sweaty-palmed and petrified at Heathrow in ’98 he’s managed to successfully bluff his way through eight years at Hewlett Packard (née Peregrine Systems, née fPrint) developing discovery products. He joined the throng of the joyous enlightened here at Tideway in November to take on the tech lead role for the newly-formed integrations group. He’s hoping that the Tidewayers will be as easy to fool as Peregrine was. He’s married with two cats, runs the occasional road race and enjoys panting around a squash court in an uncoordinated fashion.
