I cant! get 403 error

is there a problem with the zip?

Can someone shed some light please?

The download should certainly be working and you shouldn’t get a 403! Could you tell us how you’re accessing the download? In other words, the route through the website you’ve taken to get to the download link, and ideally the URL itself.

I basically go thru the normal process, click on the download (orange) button, then met with the EULA – at this point it says your download should start (it doesn’t) it offers the click here link if download does not start, upon clicking i receive the 403
