Here are a few guidelines and tips for getting the best response.

1) Include the Foundation Version

Please mention the version of Tideway Foundation you are using, such as 7.1.1 or 7.1.5
This is especially important if you are still using the older Tideway Foundation 6.x series as they are built on a different technology.

2) Include your Goal

Let us know what you are trying to achieve to help us understand and also in case we can think of an alternative way of reaching your goal.

3) Include a Search String

If you are looking for advice on reporting please include any Search Strings such as

even if they don’t quite do what you want. Often it is the fastest way for others to understand and help.

4) Include a screen shot

If you click on the + in the options section (just below the main edit box) when posting a new topic or doing a reply you can use the “Attach files to this post…” to include a screen shot.
