Integration Overview The integration between Tideway Foundation and Compuware Vantage Service Manager is using the Export 2.1 CSV adapter and the Compuware adapter to generate and maintain services models within Compuware VSM as well as provide an up to date view of changes as seen by Tideway Foundation. Implementation The integration relies on two components, one on the Tideway Foundation side and one on the Compuware VSM side. The Compuware integration exports Tideway Foundation data into a share folder where it will be picked up and processed by an adapter on Compuware VSM server h2. Tideway Foundation Configuration On Tideway Foundation side, the integration uses the Tideway Export 2.1 CSV file adapter combined with the Compuware mapping set 7.0 . Since Compuware VSM can run on either a Windows or Linux server, the publishing protocol should be chosen accordingly.
