Brian is a result motivated IT Services Consultant, who likes to lead in the development of services through strategy, innovation and industrialisation. His recent expertise is in maturing delivery of end to end ITO Service solutions, from RFI & ITT, to full service management, with a blend of local, near-shore and off-shore delivery to full compliance of best practice measures, such as ITIL3, ISEC2000, ISO 9000/2 and BS15000. This has been achieved under both Service Improvement Programmes and Contract Breach submission status, which has enabled him to fully understand how to implement real operational solutions to fully meet not only the customer needs, but also the strategic requirements of the service supplier.
His recent role has allowed him to define the strategy and operational implementation of the largest Configuration, Change & Release Management solution in Europe, encompassing Application Management to Infrastructure Management and Communications services and is known as a leader in the Configuration Management solutions space.
