Tideway Foundation™ Integration Framework

Packaged Integrations

Out-of-the-box integrations are available to share complete service maps with ASG MetaCMDB, BMC Atrium, Compuware Vantage Service Manager and Managed Objects Formula among others. These adapters include standard mappings between the two data models. Mapping to your specific customized data model is simply a matter of configuration within the Tideway User Interface (so no programming experience is required!). With Tideway, these integrations take days – not weeks or months.

Custom Integrations

Tideway builds integrations to many classes of service management products – such as Configuration Management Databases and Business Service Management tools, including those developed in-house. Tideway ships toolkits to simplify and speed these integration projects, allowing customers, systems integrators and partners to integrate Foundation data with existing systems.
