Tideway Foundation™ ships with an extensive knowledge library containing thousands of patterns with lifecycle information to discover a broad range of infrastructure products. Our Knowledge Update Service keeps the Knowledge Library up-to-date and ensures we can always recognize the latest software in your data center. We also work in partnership with key infrastructure vendors to constantly generate new patterns. The result? Our Knowledge Update Service provides regular updates to ensure that Foundation delivers the broadest coverage for data center modeling and discovery.

The Pattern Development Community

Tideway content authors create, verify and document all content before distribution to ensure quality. Customers receive notifications when new content becomes available and is accessible from the Tideway Community site. The site can also be used to raise and track pattern requests for new software editions and versions. Foundation users both consume and contribute content, creating a community network effect that rapidly increases the size and scope of available patterns. Tideway partners with leading infrastructure vendors including Microsoft, IBM, BMC, HP and Sun for access to the latest hardware and software products. Available in monthly, quarterly, and annual updates, Tideway Knowledge Update subscribers continuously have access to new and enhanced content.
