	The Carphone Warehouse is Europe’s leading independent retailer of mobile phones and services, with over 2,400 stores in 9 countries. Carphone Warehouse needed to address outages in their data centers related to uncertainty of the precise contents and connectivity of their software systems. In addition, they had suffered an incident in a data center that lead to the loss of application services that were not documented as residing in that location. To meet these challenges, Carphone Warehouse engaged Tideway to give them an accurate inventory of their estate.
