Linklaters

Case Study
Linklaters is a global law firm that specializes in advising the world’s leading companies, financial institutions and governments on their most challenging transactions and assignments. The law firm was looking to maximize the availability of its critical business applications by improving its change, incident and problem management processes. These processes were based on manually gathered, out-of-date and often inaccurate data. To do this, Linklaters deployed Tideway Foundation to gain a clear, up-to-date picture of its entire IT infrastructure at any time, including virtual components.
